Sunday added to weekend (Friday & Saturday) $125 additional
Sunday added to two or more weekdays $145 additional
Two or more week days (Monday through Thursday) $125 each day
Weekend (Friday & Saturday overnight) $300
Full week (Saturday to Saturday) $850

Cottage rates shown are for up to a two person occupancy.
The cottage is limited to a maximum occupancy of four (4). Each additional person over two, please add $25 per person for each night. Unfortunately, we are not able to make adjustments to these limitations. Children of all ages count towards the occupancy.

Colton's Cottage will accommodate the per diem rate for hotels in the Pax River area of the allotted per person amount for appropriate business government travelers.

Check-Out 11:00am


Note: Every attempt will be made to be accommodate varying check-in and check-out times.
However, this may not always be possible. Please call ahead to confirm your arrival and departure times.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to your arrival. This will confirm and hold your reservation. The remainder is due upon your arrival.
