1) Thanks for sharing your cottage with us. The kindness that was shown will always be remembered. This was a nice "girl" trip for the 4 of us. It is so amazing to listen and see nature so pure. It really makes you appreciate Gods's creation. Living in the city, we sometimes forget with the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Sitting around the fire pit sparked old memories as children. But we also cherished the new ones that we established on the evening of September 18, 2009.

From a wonderful couple who obviously enjoy wildlife and all of nature's gifts.

2) Well, you never really know what the Internet will help you find next, but in this case, it helped us find a little bit of heaven on earth and we're taking a lot of fond memories with us - peace and quiet, privacy, scenic vistas, soaring eagles, pileated woodpeckers, early morning kayak rides, water from the well, deer and rabbits running across the road, great blue herons and osprey fishing for their supper, wonderful little restaurants & a lot of great meals - not to mention a most cozy little cottage for two decorated with an attention to detail - full of charming touches - and all the tourist literature a tourist could ask for.

We enjoyed meeting George! Thanks for sharing your little bit of paradise with us and for your hospitality. It's been a perfectly wonderful week!

Note: George is one of our rescued beagles; he is so loving. We didn't realize that beagles are so smart, loving and wonderful additions to a family. They absolutely prove that unconditional love exists.
